Nick Watts
Managing DirectorNick was one of the Founders of Arlington Insurance in 2005 and was integral in Arlington’s transition into the PIB Group in 2020.
Nick has worked in Real Estate insurance broking for over 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge of the commercial property market in the UK and Europe, as well as experience in both construction and environmental broking.
As well as leading the business, he acts for some of Arlington’s largest clients, including many overseas investors.
Andy Wright
DirectorAndy began his career over 35 years ago as a Property Underwriter at Sun Alliance, which later became RSA. In 2006, he joined a small team of people who set up a UK MGA, Arista.
Andy joined the team at Arlington in 2017, and it has gone from strength to strength, and particularly since Arlington joined PIB Group in 2020.
Andy has a wide knowledge of the commercial insurance market, including Property, Liability, Motor, Professional Indemnity and Engineering. His background with Insurers and MGAs means that Arlington maintains and enhances its strong insurer and MGA relationships, which in turn ensures Arlington receives the very best service for their clients.
Mark Harris
Account DirectorMark began his insurance career in 1995 working for an established West End broker operating in the High Net Worth, Personal lines and SME Commercial Package markets. These early experiences provided an invaluable foundation for Mark when he then chose to specialise in Real Estate and Construction insurance in 2001.
With over 20 years of London market exposure, Mark has a wealth of experience in both the Commercial and Residential Real Estate sectors acting for a diverse client base; from Private individual landlords to Residential and Commercial Managing Agents to Property Developers and Global Commercial Property Owners.
Ann Kelly
Account ExecutiveAnn has over 18 years of London market insurance exposure, with extensive knowledge of Real Estate insurance programmes for both the commercial and residential sectors acting for various clients including Managing Agents, Property Owners, Fund Managers, Asset Managers and direct Clients.
Over Ann’s career she has dealt with all aspects of client account management, having built up strong working relationships with key clients and developed extensive experience within a broad cross-section of the London Market insurance sector. Also, co-managing a property in-house property binder scheme, underwriting renewals, and creating quotations for new business on behalf of the Insurers with full delegated authority.
Ann joined the Arlington team in 2023 and will be utilising her expertise and knowledge of the Real Estate insurance market to assist the team in growing the business for the foreseeable future.
Ben Goodall
Account ExecutiveBen began his insurance career in 2008, working for two different high street brokers dealing with both personal lines and then larger commercial clients. He then entered the London market to specialise in Real Estate insurance in 2011, joining a large independently owned broker, gaining extensive experience within the sector. In 2022, he joined Arlington and utilising his expertise and knowledge of Real Estate insurance programmes has assisted the team in growing the business over the past couple of years.
Ben now has over 13 years of Real Estate insurance experience and has built up a wide network of property industry contacts over the years, helping protect the interests of his client base, which include Managing Agents, Property Owners / Developers, Fund Managers and Asset Managers.
Dan Harries
Account ExecutiveDan began his Commercial Insurance career in 2011 within a London market broking house and joined the Arlington team in early 2023.
Dan has gained knowledge and experience over the 13+ years spent in the industry, delivering excellent client service, identifying and advising on risk exposures, and leading programme design and placements across a broad spectrum of clients in the Real Estate sector, including Managing Agents, Family Offices, Developers, Investors and Funds.
Louis Ransom
Account ExecutiveLouis began his insurance career in 2015 joining Arlington as an apprentice, during which he studied and successfully obtained the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance.
During his time at Arlington, Louis has subsequently developed a strong relationship with key clients, including Managing Agents, Property Investors and Funds, providing bespoke solutions on complex Real Estate insurance programmes.
Rachel Alderton
Account ExecutiveRachel joined Arlington in October 2013 as an apprentice and achieved the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance.
Rachel has developed a thorough knowledge of the Real Estate Insurance Market over the years and has a strong relationship with many key clients, including Managing Agents, Property Investors and Funds, she also specialises in Legal Indemnities and High Net Worth policies.
Finlay MacGregor
Account HandlerFin joined the Arlington team in 2021 as an apprentice and has since achieved his Cert CII. Fin has developed his understanding of the Real Estate insurance market and is now responsible for a large book of business, advising on Real Estate insurance programmes for a variety of clients including Investors, Funds and Managing Agents whilst ensuring a high standard of service is upheld.
Fin has also recently initiated a Cyber and Legal Indemnities focus, establishing a greater presence in the respective sectors with the assistance of the surrounding team.
Robin Goodger
Account HandlerRobin joined Arlington in December 2022 as an apprentice to assist in providing general administrative support, including the production of policy schedules and other associated documentation for clients. Since then, he has developed a greater understanding of the insurance market and property sector, Robin has gained his knowledge by heading up claims management within the office, ensuring that all claims are handled in a manner that exceeds client expectations.
It is as a result of this development that Robin currently holds the position of Account Handler and manages his own book of business dealing with commercial and consumer single risk Property Owners as well as assisting with Property Owners portfolios.
Kaitlyn White
Credit Controller & Executive AssistantKaitlyn joined Arlington in April 2022, having formerly worked in the accounts department for PIB Group. Kaitlyn’s daily job role consists of accounts and credit control management, where she communicates with internal and external stakeholders within the business. Furthermore, Kaitlyn also assists the directors with general office management and administrative tasks.
Kaitlyn has obtained her Charted Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate.
Jasmine Bull
Broking AssistantJasmine joined Arlington as an apprentice in November 2023 to assist in providing general administrative support to the team, involving the maintenance of client records, production of client documentation, as well as dealing with allocated renewals alongside members of the team.
Jasmine also assists in providing claims handling services and support for clients, liaising with Loss Adjustors to handle claims in a timely and efficient manner, all of which is helping her build a greater knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate market.
Scarlett Schroder
Broking AssistantScarlett joined Arlington in November 2023 as an apprentice to assist in administrative duties as well as supporting colleagues with renewals and claims handling. Since then, she has started to develop her knowledge of the Real Estate market.
As part of her apprenticeship, Scarlett is currently working towards her Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance.
Isabelle Payne
Broking AssistantIsabelle joined Arlington in September 2024 as an apprentice. She is responsible for assisting and providing general administrative support to the team as well helping with renewals, claims handling and client documentation.
Since dealing with these tasks, she has started to gain and develop her knowledge of the Real Estate Market in preparation for starting her apprenticeship.
