Nick is one of the Founders of Arlington and has over 20 years’ property insurance experience.
He acts for some of Arlington’s largest clients, including many overseas investors. Nick has a wide knowledge of the commercial property market in the UK and Europe as well as experience in both construction and environmental broking.
In addition to leading the Arlington business and his involvement with clients, Nick also has responsibility for Arlington’s claims servicing strategy, liaising with insurers and loss adjusters to ensure the clients receive the widest possible claims benefits.
Andy joined the Arlington team in 2017, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
Previously he has led teams of commercial underwriters in some of the UK’s largest insurers, and, he now makes sure
that the Arlington team works to optimum operational practices.
Andy has a wide knowledge of the commercial insurance market, including Property, Liability, Motor, Professional
Indemnity and Engineering. His background with underwriters means that Arlington maintains and enhances its strong
insurer relationships, which in turn ensures Arlington receives the very best service.
Mark began his insurance career in 1995 working for an established West End broker operating in the High Net Worth, Personal lines and SME Commercial Package markets. These early experiences provided an invaluable foundation for Mark when he then chose to specialise in Real Estate and Construction insurance in 2001.
With over 20 years of London market exposure, Mark has a wealth of experience in both the Commercial and Residential Real Estate sectors acting for a diverse client base; from Private individual landlords to Residential and Commercial Managing Agents to Property Developers and Global Commercial Property Owners.
Paul has worked in insurance for over 30 years, with the last 20 in the property sector.
He was the manager of Zurich Insurance in the West End dealing with a whole range of property clients including Land
Securities, Threadneedle and Hermes.
As a Director and Founder of Arlington, his knowledge and relationships in insurer markets help to ensure that
Arlington maintains its very positive profile, highly beneficial to strategic insurer negotiations.
Paul is a Chartered Insurance Broker.
Tony joined Arlington in September 2016 from Zurich Insurance where he spent over 35 years as an underwriter and has a wide knowledge of the commercial insurance market including property, casualty, accident, construction and engineering.
Tony is experienced in handling Legal Indemnity insurance and can arrange insurance solutions such as Right to Light, Defective Title, Restrictive Covenants, Access and Easements and Judicial Review, ranging from large development projects to residential conveyances.
His role at Arlington is also to provide training and technical expertise, develop best practices and procedures, and to ensure that our real estate proposition is current and meets the needs of the customer.
Rachel joined the team in October 2013 as an apprentice. She now handles her own book of clients where she is involved in the broking of renewals and mid-term adjustments as well as claims management.
She has developed a thorough knowledge of Property insurance, Engineering, High Net Worth, D&O, Cyber and Legal Indemnity insurances.
Rachel has achieved the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance and is currently working towards the Diploma in Insurance.
Andrew joined Arlington in 2020 with 20 years of property insurance experience across Real Estate, Private Clients and Reinsurance.
He has previously worked as an underwriter in both Lloyd’s and company insurance markets and has good knowledge of, and relationships in, both.
At Arlington, Andrew looks after his own Property clients while also ensuring Arlington’s Legal Indemnity proposition remains at the forefront of the market.
Andrew is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Broker.”
Ben began his insurance career in 2008 working for two different high street brokers dealing with both personal lines and then larger commercial clients. Ben then entered the London market to specialise in Real Estate insurance in 2011 joining a large independently owned Lloyds broker in London gaining invaluable experience in all facets of Real Estate insurance.
With over 11 years of London market exposure, Ben has extensive knowledge of Real Estate insurance programmes for both the commercial and residential sectors acting for various client bases including Managing Agents, Property Owners, Fund Managers and Asset Managers.
Louis joined the team in March 2015 as an Apprentice. Since then, he has achieved a firm understanding of Real Estate, Engineering, Office, D&O, Cyber and Personal insurance.
He deals with his own clients involving new client meetings, renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims management.
Louis studied and obtained the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance and is currently studying to achieve the Diploma in Insurance.
Ciaran joined the team in October 2018 as an apprentice to assist in providing general administrative support including the production of policy schedules and other associated documentation for clients.
Since then, Ciaran has developed a greater understanding of claims servicing and ensures that all claims are handled in a manner that exceeds client expectations and strives to provide great service and care throughout the claim. Ciaran has achieved a firm understanding of real estate, engineering, and personal insurance. He also deals with his own book of business involving renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims management.
Ciaran has worked and studied to successfully obtain the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate and has achieved a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Certificate. He is now currently studying to achieve the Diploma in Insurance.
Finlay joined Arlington in November 2021 as an apprentice to assist in providing general administrative support and claims servicing support to the team.
Since then, he has achieved a greater understanding of the Real Estate market and handles his own book of business dealing with renewals and claims management. Finlay has recently involved himself in Legal Indemnity insurance, offering prompt service in placing urgent policies.
As part of his apprenticeship, Finlay is currently working towards his Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance.
Kaitlyn joined Arlington in April 2022, having previously worked in the accounts department for PIB Group. Kaitlyn has joined Arlington as an apprentice to assist in providing general administration and claims support to the team including the production of policy schedules, liaising with insurers and Loss Adjusters to handle any claims in a timely and professional manner as well as any other associated documentation for clients.
Kaitlyn is currently studying to obtain the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate and a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner.
